Key Man Ministry
The key man ministry has spread like a grass fire since it's humble beginnings in 2001.BWM now has 18 full-time staff persons on the ground in Kenya , Tanzania , Uganda , Rwanda, & Congo. These men are hosting leadership conferences throughout East Africa. Each year another 500 Key-Men & Key-women are being equipped to become culture changing agents through these Conferences.

The Disciple-Leader Manual has been translated into English, Spanish and Kiswahili. The Manual is a new training tool for use in these languages & cultures. Already 1000's of copies have been downloaded FREE from this web site. A Key Man conference focuses on the DL manual as a repoductive tool for training young leaders.

The Key Man Ministry
Since June of 2001 BWM has trained & equipped nearly 5000 key men and women from seven countries. In 2009 another 500 Key Men and women were trained with more coming in 2010.

2009 KM Conferences
In 2009 BWM developed leaders in the Congo, Burundi, Uganda & Tanzania. Each year our conferences are led by Africans training Africans. These indigenous leaders are making missionaries of their own people. In 2008 BWM Staff trained over 9,000 Christians to witness using the Evangecube. In 2009 the BWM staff will train another 10,000 more witnesses.

African Evangecube Trainers
In East Africa, BWM leaders have trained nearly 100,000 christians to witness. These skilled witnesses each have an Evangecube as their tool to witness and have promised to share the plan of Salvation with 100 people a year [two a week]. .Heaven only knows the millions that can be won to Christ thru these Evangecube equipped leaders.

Aids Combat Teams
As we began 2009 BWM had 17 ACT leaders in five East African countries. Today these 17 ACT leaders have become professional educators on HIV-Aids, a skilled Evangecube trainer, and a ready evangelist using films, like the God's Story & Jesus film. Each ACT leader has a video projector, sound system, DVD player & a Generator to do their work in schools and villages. In 2009 at least 1,600,000 people saw our evangelistic films & nearly 500,000 prayed to receive Christ. 15 of our ACT leaders now have motor bikes to take them further into the bush with the message of God’s love. It is projected that in 2010 another 1.2 million will receive Aids education and another 1.8 million will see our evangelist films.

Serengeti Corridor Project
In June of 08 Americans led a Medical mission to remote Sukuma villages near the Serengeti National park in Tanzania. Since BWM 1st began our mission in this area over 3,000 souls have been saved and 7 churches planted. Four New Church buildings have been completed, and water wells have been drilled, Rain water systems put on schools, and 3 medical clinics established in partnership with Global Outreach miniatries.. Over 1500 have been baptized as God’s Spirit moves thru the villages.

Pastor Michael Zacharias is rejoicing that his congregation in Lamadi village now has a building. BWM in partnership with USA churches is providing these Mission Churches a place to worship. Construction is under way for more churches in early 2010.

Water wells for the Sukuma

In September of 07 the drilling rigs moved into the Serengeti villages to drill three more wells for the Sukuma people. Most have never had a drink of clean fresh water. Jesus has provided life saving cleab water for them and hundreds are coming to Christ. More wells will be drilled in 2009. Using Rain Water retentiion systems BWM is providing drinking water for schools in the SCP.Over 3000 children will have clean water every day!

2010 will advance the kingdom thru mission trips to Kenya & Tanzania. Perhaps you or your church wants to go on mission with BWM. 2010 is a great opportunity to advance the kingdom in east Africa.
